Present this Spring Cooking Series for you to relax and rediscover the fun of cooking healthy, delicious meals.

This hands-on cooking series will not only teach you to be a whiz in the kitchen, but will also provide insight into how healthy eating habits help us to live richer, fuller and more active lives. Each class is carefully designed by Healthful Life MD’s Culinary Nutritionist, Chef Dee Iraca.
Her passion for making food fun, delicious and healthy is woven through every aspect of the series. Participants will leave each class with happy hearts, full bellies, new recipes and a plethora of amazing cooking and nutrition tips.

| Dates: Every other Tuesday starting March 27 - May 22
Time: 6:30-8:30 pm
Individual classes are $75, or enjoy a $10 per class savings when signing up for three or more classes in the series. Sign up for all 5 classes for $60 per class / $300.
Classes are $65 each if a friend registers for a class with you.
Cost includes use of commercial kitchen and equipment, everything needed to prepare the menu items, generous samples of the food you cook, and a recipe book.
