SUPERDESIGN is a film about the Italian Radical Movement in Architecture & Design in the 1960s and ’70s. It was a time of protest, similar to what we're living through right now. The norms were being challenged in all parts of life, including design. The film contains many interviews with designers who were influenced by that period — and their designs are still radical today. It makes us think about how this generation of emerging designers is being influenced by the global pandemic, the economy, and by the protests around the world crying "Black Lives Matter” and demanding change.

Tonight's ADFF@NeoConnect program would not be possible without the generous support of NeoCon,  Eventscape, Teknion and NEEZO Studios
