unless you get rid of this.

I'm talking about fear.

It grips so many people,
but if you want the freedom
to reach your dreams,

You Must...

Take Fear out of your mindset.

With all that’s going on,
it's easy revert to fear.

It comes from the unknown
of what is to be.

Sometimes it comes from
things way back in your life.

Whenever fear creeps
into your mind...

Recognize it.

Face it.

Events and stuff
that happens is
all around

It always is.

It always will be.

But fear is only your
reaction
to those things.

Fear is only in your mind.

It is time to work on
your mindset.

What does fear do?

It blocks you from the
path you are on.

It will lead you the
wrong way when
making decisions.

Never make decisions
out of fear.

This is why its important
to first recognize where the
fear is coming from.

Go deep into it until
you find the culprit

Release the fear…..

There are many ways
to release it.

Cognitive thinking,
or reasoning.

Praying to a higher power
to help you release it.

Surrender your fear
to your higher power
(whatever name you
want to give it).

Focus on your own
surroundings and being
grateful for what you
already have.

Which ever way you chose,
it is time to release fear from
your mindset.

Replace it with gratitude.
