Subject: How I Went From Dreaming to Doing.

I was tired, broke, and full of excuses — until one change flipped the switch.

The morning that changed my life.

I woke up in the morning but felt like I had no energy.

„Did I even sleep?” I asked myself

I was unmotivated and I wanted to hide and watch YouTube videos all day.

I had big dreams and goals.

I wanted to start a business, build my physique, and improve my life.

I kept telling my friends about my „future” achievements.

Unfortunately, that’s all I did: talk.

Every morning when I woke up they all seemed too difficult to accomplish.

They required energy level of 10/10 and I was at a 3/10.

„I will start tomorrow” I told myself almost daily.

For about 2 years.

This is how I almost killed my dreams.

I kept rationalising and avoiding making changes that would transform me into the type of person I wanted to be.

A successful, productive, prosperous, high-energy individual.

Then one day, I saw someone who was just 1 year older than me living my dream life.

Running a business.

Being fit.

Driving the cars I wanted to drive.

Travelling.

Dating high quality individuals.

Living without limits.

First, I went into denial.

„He must be lying.”

„It’s probably daddy’s money.”

„It’s impossible.”

That was my brain’s best attempt at making me feel better about myself.

It didn’t work.

I felt like someone just electrified me.

My heart was beating fast.

A thousand thoughts were running through my head.

All the pain of putting off living my life until later hit me at this moment.

It was my breaking point.

I didn’t want to be just a dreamer and a big talker.

I knew I was capable of more.

I made a decision.

I would change my lifestyle to reflect my goals.

First step?

Mastering the morning.

The same day, I started learning about different morning routines.

I created the best morning routine I could at the time.

Here it is:

Wake up at 6.00, take a quick shower, meditate for 5 minutes and read for 10. After that eat a healthy breakfast.

Right now it probably sounds easy to you.

But it wasn’t —  and I guarantee that’s just your ego speaking.

You probably couldn’t follow it for 14 days consistently.

And because you think you are „too good” doing these simple good habits, you will never make progress.

It was exactly the reason that made me stuck.

I felt like I was „too good” for simplicity and starting as a beginner.

I’m so grateful I created this routine.

It helped me to build momentum and turned out to be the first crucial step to achieving my goals.

The routine wasn’t perfect (It was created by the 17-year old me), but since then I’ve refined it and made it 10x better.

I don’t know anyone else who is as productive and high-energy in the morning as I am.

Today, I’ll teach you the exact process I use for creating my morning routine in different seasons of life and give you a step-by-step plan to earn more, feel happier, and live without limits.

#1 Wake up time.

Most people believe that waking up is the most important element of the morning routine.

False.

The most important element is going to bed on time.

If you want to wake up earlier with more energy and creativity, great sleep is a non-negotiable.

How to become the person who wakes up full of energy?

Step 1: Pick a time you want to wake up at every day. (I wake up at 6.00 every day, Saturdays and Sundays included)

Step 2: Set an alarm clock for this hour.

Step 3: Go to sleep normally and wake up at this time.

Step 4: You will probably be more tired the next day. Perfect. That helps you sleep earlier.

Pick your bedtime by subtracting 8 hours from your wake up time ( for me 6.00 AM - 8 hours= 10 p.m. is my bed time)

Step 5: Don’t quit when you feel tired after 3 days. Your body needs to adjust. 7 days of pain for the life you want. It’s worth it.

#2 Hydration

Drink two glasses of water (500ml) immediately after waking up.

This boosts your digestion, gives you more energy and allows your body and brain to function properly.

Pro tip: Put a glass of water next to your bed the night before. Design your environment for success.

#3 Start with a success

In the morning you want to create momentum as fast as possible.

That „I am a winner” feeling will give you power to move mountains.

The first goal?

Brush your teeth.

I’m serious.

And give yourself credit for it.

Say to yourself: „Everything is going according to the plan, I’ve just accomplished my first goal and I feel great.

Don’t underestimate this strategy. Quiet your ego or keep living the life you have right now.

#4 Movement

This has been the biggest game-changer for me.

Moving your body first thing in the morning will make you 25% better in everything that you do.

For 2 reasons:

  • Your energy levels, metabolism and mood will improve significantly. More energy = more actions = more results.

  • The mindset of investing in yourself first. When you start by investing in yourself you radiate gratitude to the universe. You are happy and satisfied. You are full and can give more to other people. You are also motivated to keep behaving like that for the whole day.

What to do?

Summer time: Walk for 10-20 minutes. ——> This will also make waking up much easier the next day because you are getting direct sunlight into your eyes which regulates your circadian rhythm (your body clock)

Winter time: High intensity cardio for 10-15 minutes at home. I use jump rope. It doesn’t take up too much space(like a treadmill) and does a phenomenal job.

#5 Grooming

When you comeback from the walk or finish you workout, it’s time to take care of your appearance.

This is what most ignore.

They don’t treat their grooming seriously.

You are important.

Even if nobody has ever told you that.

Take care of yourself.

Self-care always pays. Remember that.

Use the products you like using.

A premium body wash that makes your skin soft.

A shampoo and conditioner that nourish your hair.

A skincare routine that gives you the glow you’ve always wanted to have and eliminates your acne.

Use warm water, relax. You are the best version of yourself and all of your goals are coming to you.

Feel all the blessings the universe has for you as warm water runs through your body.

Style your hair.

It doesn’t have to be complicated.

Neat, clean and professional.

Do your make up if you are a woman.

Shave if you are a man.

Spray a nice fragrance on yourself.

It doesn’t have to be Prada, Chanel or Dior[but it can ;)]

Pick something that smells like you.

Dress for success.

Why do we do this?

Because when you feel like the best version of yourself, you have no other option than to behave like the best version of yourself.

If you are cheap with yourself, the world is cheap with you.

 #6 Food

The best breakfast you can have?

4-6 eggs+veggies or fruit.

That’s it.

No more insulin spikes, energy drops, acne or gaining weight. Kill you brain fog.

Eggs are nature’s multivitamin. Full of great fats and protein. They give your body and brain everything they need to be at 100%.

Prepare them how you want: boiled, scrambled, fried. Pick what is the fastest and most comfortable way for you.

Veggies—> pick tomatoes, sauerkraut or beetroot.

Things that don’t take too much time to prepare. Simplicity wins.

Fruit——> blueberries, apples and raspberries.

Don’t go for high-sugar fruit like bananas or mangoes in the morning. We want to stay low-carb.

If you’ve been eating oatmeal, bread or cereal for breakfast, this change alone will 2x your productivity. I swear by it.

#7 Deep work

This is where you win the day.

Work on an important project that you are excited about without distractions(phone, e-mail, social media).

60-90 minutes of pure focus on the task at hand.

This is not for texting, responding to e-mail or doing meaningless tasks that amount to nothing.

This is for the big, meaningful tasks that move you forward.

Creative work on a difficult project.

Making new things.

Things that you look back on at the end of the month and say „I accomplished this.”

---------------------------------------------------------------

If you follow this morning routine your life will transform.

Mine has.

From a shy, anxious and awkward person I transformed into a successful individual who is confident and satisfied.

I live without limits and my mission is to help you do the same.

This is your first step.

Much love,

Adrian.
