2026 Indiana Civil Legal Assistance Conference

Join the Indiana Bar Foundation and the Coalition for Court Access on Friday, October 23, 2026 in Indianapolis for the 2026 Indiana Civil Legal Assistance Conference.

This annual event brings together legal aid providers, pro bono attorneys, judges, law students, paralegals, and other advocates committed to expanding access to justice. Choose from more than 20 educational sessions, then connect with people and organizations from across the state at the new Civil Legal Aid Fair. CLE is available.

New Immigration Safety Planning Resources Available

Access IPBN's Immigration Safety Planning Resources

Immigrant safety planning materials and forms are now available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole under Immigration Enforcement & Family Preparedness > Safety Planning.

These resources can help individuals and families affected by the recent terminations of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) prepare for emergencies, organize important documents, understand their legal and practical options, and develop a personalized safety plan.
