some very lengthy responses
to the last homework assignment.
I know, it was a big one.
I know how busy you've been
trying to keep up with all this, too.
So I decided to give you
2 days to work on it, and
in fact, I've needed the
extra time on the coaching
side, answering your questions
and helping you get all this
right.
So, here's where we're at…
By this time, you should
be very clear about what
your Brand is.
You should have identified
the main challenges that
people in your niche have.
You should have decided
how you can help your
followers to overcome those
challenges.
You should be clear on
what your business strategy
will be for getting your
content in front of your
target audience.
Now, if any of these things
are not clear to you, we
have to talk about that.
I'll tell you once again, that
the MAIN component of
this 30 Day Challenge is to
send my your homework
assignments, and your
thoughts and questions.
That's how I can help you
start shaping and rebooting
your own particular business.
I CAN help you.
But only if you're staying in
touch with me as we move
through these things.
So, if you've been struggling

Now, let's get to the next part
in this process of restarting your
business.
You should be ready, now,
to actually get to work.
But, on what?
What concrete action steps
are your ready to take in
your business?
You see, up to this point
I've been having you write
up lists of one thing after
another.
But none of this matters until
you finally start taking action.
The process you've been
working through has been
critical because, really…
if you haven't set up the solid
foundation I've shown you,
then you really can't take any
meaningful action.
So, at this point, I'm going to
have to assume you've got
the foundation set, and you're
ready to start taking the actions
you need to get real and substantial
results in your business.
So what actions do you have
to take?
That's your homework for today.
I want you to tell me what the
Big Action Steps are that you
will take every day to get your
business to take off.
3 things.
Maybe 4 of 5, but try to keep
it to just 3 things or less!
Plot your "Big 3" Daily Tasks.
These are things you MUST
do every day.
And you must do them the
very first thing.
Before you get tired and
distracted.
Now I'll give you an example
so you see what this should
look like.
1.
Create one piece of content
2.
Market that piece content…
to get followers and subscribers
3.
Work on improving your
conversion rate… that
means getting sales from
your followers and subscribers.
Now, this is very general.
You have to now go over
your 3 Task list and break
each part into smaller tasks.
For instance under #2 above
I could market my content
by posting links to in on
Facebook and LinkedIn.
But I could use other methods
too.
You must decide exactly
how you will implement each
of your 3 Daily Tasks.
It will be different for everyone.
That doesn't matter.
What does matter is that YOU
come up with your 3 Daily Tasks.
Then you must break it down
into the smaller tasks that
comprise the 3 big ones.
So, I hope you're keeping up.
This is the end of week 3,
and next week will be our
last.
You've been doing a great
job so far, just to get to this
point.
You're a few steps away from
making some very magical
things happen in your business…
if you stick with the whole
process and implement it
daily.
Now...
Get this homework to me
so we can discuss YOUR
business strategy, and
review your progress up
to this point.
I do know this is hard work.
It has to be.
There are no shortcuts or
easy ways out.
