Assalamu’alaikum & hey there, fellow traders!

Hope you’re doing well and had a productive, fulfilling week—both in the markets and in life.

🔹 Friday Market Recap – Quick Check-In! 🔹

Before we wrap up the week, let’s take a step back and look at what happened in the market this week. I’ll walk you through the movement on the 10-minute, daily, and weekly charts to give us a clearer picture of the current trend and what might come next.

Minutes Chart:

📈 This Week’s Snapshot:

The bullish vibes are still going strong! 🚀

Markets flirted with new record highs, thanks to solid performances in energy and industrial sectors. But it wasn’t all sunshine—fresh tensions surfaced after President Trump announced a 35% tariff on Canada, and slapped 50% tariffs on copper and Brazil. That shook the markets a little, especially after the S&P 500 hit a fresh high.

Daily charts:

Meanwhile, Canada surprised with stronger-than-expected job growth, and the newly passed “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” brought more tax breaks and fresh fiscal policies. That gave the markets a bit of momentum—though they still closed slightly lower ahead of next week’s big earnings and inflation data.

Weekly charts:
