Subject: Your Weekly Market Snapshot: 26th - 30th October 2026

Assalamu’alaikum traders,

Alhamdulillah, Week 43 is officially in the books! 🤲🏻

Every week in the market teaches us something new. Some weeks bring opportunities, while others remind us to slow down, protect our capital, and be patient. Remember, you don’t have to trade every day to become a better trader.

📊 Friday Market Wrap – Week 43

Minutes Chart:

📉 Wall Street Ends October on a Weak Note

The market continued its rotation away from technology and AI stocks as investors started paying closer attention to profitability, cash flow, and the growing costs of AI investments. The Nasdaq plunged 2.86% on Friday, closing October down 5.3%—its worst monthly performance since March 2025. The S&P 500 slipped 0.9% for the month, while the Dow Jones gained 1.7%.

Daily charts:

Disappointing earnings, cautious company outlooks, and concerns over rising spending and debt weighed on major tech stocks. Meanwhile, defensive sectors such as healthcare and consumer staples held up better. The Federal Reserve kept interest rates unchanged at 3.75%–4.00%. Moving forward, market direction may depend on whether economic growth and corporate earnings can justify current valuations. Investors may need to be more selective rather than chasing the latest AI hype.

💭 How was your trading week?

Did you make a profit, take a loss, or choose to stay on the sidelines?

Whatever happened, don't let one week define your progress. Learn from your decisions, stay disciplined, and remember that protecting your capital is also part of trading.

🌱 Stay grounded. The market is unpredictable, but we can control our preparation, patience, and risk management.

Our rizq comes from Allah, not the market. We do our part, make responsible decisions, and leave the outcome to Him.

⚠️ Not financial advice. Always do your own research.

Have a blessed weekend! Rest well, recharge, and enjoy time with your loved ones. May Allah place barakah in our rizq and guide us towards what is best.

See you next Saturday, Inn Shaa Allah. 🤲🏻

Cheers & Regards,

Syazwan Bakar
