Subject: Your Weekly Market Snapshot: 13th - 17th July 2026

AssAssalamu'alaikum traders,

Alhamdulillah, we've reached the end of Week 28.

Every trading week brings its own lessons. Sometimes the market rewards our patience, and sometimes it reminds us that success isn't measured by one winning trade, but by how well we manage ourselves through every outcome.

If this was a profitable week for you, Alhamdulillah. May Allah place barakah in your earnings and continue to grant you wisdom in every decision you make. And if this week didn't go your way, don't lose heart. Losses are part of every trader's journey. What matters most is learning from them, protecting your capital, and returning with greater discipline.

Remember, long-term success isn't about chasing every opportunity. It's about following your plan, managing risk, controlling your emotions, and staying consistent.

📊 Friday Market Wrap – Week 28

Minutes Chart:

📉 A tough week for the markets

U.S. stocks ended the week lower as investors took profits in AI-related names, especially semiconductor stocks, and rotated into more defensive and cyclical sectors. Concerns over increasing competition from Chinese AI companies, questions around the return on massive AI investments, and mixed earnings reports weighed on technology shares.

That said, many analysts see this as a normal rotation rather than the end of the AI story. With Q2 earnings season now underway, the focus shifts to whether continued AI spending can translate into stronger corporate profits.

Daily charts:

Meanwhile, rising tensions in the Middle East pushed oil prices higher, adding another layer of uncertainty. On the positive side, expectations that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged continue to support the broader market.

Weekly charts:

💬 What's your outlook? Do you think the current bullish trend still has room to continue?

🌱 Stay patient. Stay disciplined. Trust your process. The market will always change, but good habits will always be your greatest edge.

⚠️ This is not financial advice. Please do your own research before making any investment decisions.

Have a blessed weekend. Take time to rest, review your trades, spend time with your loved ones, and prepare yourself for the opportunities that await next week.

In shaa Allah, we'll meet again next Saturday.

May Allah grant you peace, barakah, and success in both your trading and your life. 🤲🏻

Cheers & Regards,

Syazwan Bakar
