BMR stands for Basal Metabolic Rate and represents the number of calories you would burn in a day if you were inactive and stayed in bed all day. The IP BMR calculator allows you to calculate not only the number of calories you burn when your body is at rest and inactive but also a daily calorie figure that takes into account your lifestyle activity level. These two figures together give you a representative figure for your daily calorie intake.

Your BMR is the amount of energy your body spends each day when at rest. Your gender, age, height, and weight are important factors in this calculation.

In addition, you may select your current activity level, which will provide you with information about how many calories your body requires based on your level of activity.

Meal Prep
Preparing your meals ahead of time is not only smart it is crucial to weight loss and weight maintenance. 

Find a time each week to sit down and look at your calendar. Ask yourself are there family or work obligations that I should plan for? What meals do I need to cook this week?  

Step 1: Create a menu
Step 2: Create a shopping list
Step 3: Prep anything that can be done ahead of meal time

Below you can see Coach Molly has prepared her daily serving of lunch vegetables. "The only way I can ensure that I will get my two cups of vegetables at lunch is to prepare them ahead of time."

Price Change
Due to the price increase that Ideal Protein had last year, we will be increasing the IP food and snack price to $33 per box, water enhancers to $8, salad dressing/sauce/syrup to $6 effective 4/30/2018. All other local IP clinics made this price increase last year.

To support our current clients on phase 1 protocol or tune up, we will offer you an 8% discount on those IP food and snack purchases per transaction until 6/29/2018.
