Hi Friend !

Sometimes spiritual wisdom appears where we least expect it.

B. J. Gallagher reportedly found the title for her book after seeing a bumper sticker on a car while driving on a Los Angeles freeway: “If God is your co-pilot, switch seats.”

That phrase, both humorous and profound, makes me pause and reflect.

How often has a conversation, a song, a book opened at random, or an unexpected encounter seemed to answer a question we had been carrying quietly within ourselves?

Chance, synchronicity, guidance… each of us may choose the word that feels right. 

But I like to believe that a benevolent Intelligence speaks to us in countless ways, often gently, without dramatic signs or fanfare.

Perhaps the real question is simply: Are we present enough to hear it?

Trusting does not mean becoming passive. We continue to choose, act, create, and love. But we can loosen our need to control everything and accept that we do not need to know every turn in the road ahead.

This week, let us pay attention to a phrase that moves us, an unexpected encounter, a book, or a song that arrives at just the right moment. And let us ask ourselves: “What if this message is meant for me?”

Then, let us listen and allow God to do a little more of the flying while we enjoy the ride. 🕊️
