Mine has been, well, really well actually..
Few days ago I ordered a pizza and they delivered it pretty late. So the delivery guy gave me a coupon as a compensation.
Then today I tried to use that coupon, and it worked!
They deliver it! :-D
I thought they wouldn't accept my order, because I only order 1 item, which is that free one on the coupon :-D
