When you buy some themes, sometimes you lost the theme file.
Could be because hard disk failure or you simply forget where you save it.
And you don't want to bother having to log in to their member dashboard to download the theme - because you might have also forgotten the password!
But you know that the theme is installed on 1 of your site.
You could download it from cPanel or via FTP.
OR, or... You can just install my plugin so you can download that missing theme right from inside your WP Admin site ;-)
