Perhaps your website violates their Associate Agreement, or your video campaign breaks their rules, or the short URL that you use doesn't fit the required terms they want.

Amazon once shut down 1 of my associates account, luckily there’s only less than $50 on that account. You should avoid to re-use the campaign you use for that banned account on your other associates account.
