I'm suffering today... I've caught some sort of bug and it's making me feel rather bleurgh... I've had to cancel my personal trainer and it's all I can do to stay awake, oh dear...
It's kinda ironic because yesterday I had a one-to-one session with a yogi (not the bear, lol!), to try to sort out the issues I'm having that are holding me back in my business...
It may sound like a lot of mumbo jumbo, but it's not at all and Sanjib is a very down-to-earth and helpful guy...
We discussed how much meditation can help everything from insomnia to confidence and he also gave me some great advice about how to stop my email from taking over my life and how to improve my productivity...
I have to say that Sanjib exudes such peace and tranquility that just chatting with him for half an hour made a massive difference to my sense of inner calm :)
I'm going to start meditating twice a day (and actually do it this time, lol!).
It's going to be a very different way of working, and it could take a bit of adjustment, but I'm looking forward to seeing how Sanjib's methods improve my life / work balance :)
