How's your week going? I'm still in recovery mode and feeling pretty tired, but I'm getting there :)
Hubby and I spent a couple of hours rearranging my office (aka dining room) over the weekend to make space for a broadband engineer to access the faceplate for our internet connection...
Although I wasn't really up to it, I'm never much of a "giveintoitandrestandyou'llgetbetterquicker" sort of gal (lol!)...
Besides, there was a big incentive!
Upgrading to Fibre Optic Broadband... Woohoo! :)
Zen Internet (our ISP) said we could get it.
The BT Infinity website said we could get it.
This was very exciting since our current broadband speed is less than 3mb/s...
Soon we would have over 60mb/s... Right?
Wrong...
After shifting heavy furniture around, cleaning behind the desk and tidying everything, the time had come...
I loaded up the Zen Internet website, hit the "upgrade" button and was confronted with this:

Shocking error... I feel quite cheated... :-/
Can you imagine the uproar on the Warrior Forum if a product vendor made such a monumental cock-up?! Lol!
