You're getting this email because you either bought one of my products or signed up to my mailing list, but I've been conspicuous by my absence this year...
So I owe you a huge apology for going AWOL...
I've been going through a few personal issues, not least of which is my heart arrhythmia which went pretty crazy in January and took a while to get back in control...
This meant cutting my thyroid medication right down, which has had the side effect of making me insanely tired all the time...
Anyway, I'm now on the waiting list for a cardiac ablation procedure, which is pretty scary, but gives me a pretty good chance of curing my arrhythmia and giving me back a normal life :)
So, sorry about abandoning you. I aim to do better from now on :)
