Wolfram von Eschenbach’s medieval poem Parzival holds cosmic secrets for our time. Wolfram began reciting his Parzival in the 13th century, yet its storyline, artistic language, and esoteric structure fully entertain, nourish, and fascinate us today.

The Instructors

Brian Gray, Co-Founder of Wise Cosmos Educational Initiative

Brian Gray is a Founding Member and Board of Directors President of Wise Cosmos Educational Initiative. Brian is a musician, teacher, lecturer, and writer on many topics drawn from Anthroposophy. He loves to share research from the realms of star wisdom, biography, cosmology, Waldorf Education, sacred architecture, and esoteric Christianity. Brian was a core faculty member at Rudolf Steiner College in Fair Oaks, California for 38 years, and also served as RSC’s Director of the Foundation in Anthroposophy Program

from 1991-1998 and again from 2006-2016. He states, “It was a blessing to be able to do the things that I love, and to share many interests with my brothers and sisters through our work together at Rudolf Steiner College and now through Wise Cosmos Educational Initiative.”

Alice Stamm is a Eurythmist and Waldorf Teacher Trainer in Citrus Heights, California, USA. Alice has a knack for enlivening body, soul, and spirit through eurythmy experiences tailored to the needs of the individuals present. She does this while simultaneously bringing to life in our beings the heart element of whatever it is the group is focused on learning or accomplishing. After teaching in Kimberton, PA and Los Angeles, she taught at Rudolf Steiner College for many years. At the time of this recording, she was teaching

in the Gradalis Teacher Education program and in local public and private Waldorf schools in Sacramento and Davis, California. Alice is a founding member and former president of the Eurythmy Association of North America and the Section for the Performing Arts Council in America.
