The Lord's Prayer for Healing and Transformation
a seven week interactive online course
offered by Lelan Harris

The Executive Director of Wise Cosmos, Lelan Harris, is offering a seven week interactive course online via Zoom to dive deep into the healing and transformational possibilities inherent within the Lord's Prayer. The course is inspired by the amazing response of participants to Brian Gray's recent presentation (see below). Seed topics for the course will be:

The Main Thing: Explore the correspondences between Rudolf Steiner’s Main Exercise, Morning Verse, and Most Important Prayer.

Rhythm and Petition: Work with the Daily Rhythms of the Foundation Stone in harmony with the Seven Petitions of the Lord's Prayer.

Deliver Us From Evil: Discover how our ego/I is the "pivot point" for successfully working with the Lord's Prayer to experience healing and transformation.

The Lord's Prayer and Sacred Geometry: Embody the Lord's Prayer through triangle, square, circle, lemniscate, and star movements.

"What Ails Thee?": The Lord's Prayer as a practical tool for both diagnosing and healing our physical body, etheric body, astral body, and ego/I.

Never Again Trespass Another Person or Feel Trespassed Against: Learn the fifth petition path from mirroring to empathy to compassion.

The Lord's Prayer and Chakras: Cleansing, healing, transforming, and purifying.

Complete details, dates, and registration information will be coming soon.

Introduction to
The Lord's Prayer
by Brian Gray
presented at FRAC
April 24, 2020

Brian Gray, retired director of the Foundations in Anthroposophy program at Rudolf Steiner College, recently offered an inspiring online presentation. He introduced many of the esoteric elements that Rudolf Steiner expounded upon in a series of lectures dedicated to the topic of the Lord's Prayer. The presentation was hosted by the Front Range Anthroposophical Café (FRAC), which graciously provided us with a link to the recording of the presentation (see below).

In response to the exceptional interest and requests of participants, Brian and the Wise Cosmos team compiled these additional resources to accompany the recording:

Our Senses as Doors to Realities:
 Portals or Idiosyncrasies?
by David Tresemer
presented at FRAC
May 1, 2020

David Tresemer, Ph.D. has been a lifelong student of anthroposophy and psychology. He co-created the StarHouse in Boulder, Colorado, as well as co-founded the Association for Anthroposophic Psychology. He is the co-author and editor of several books including The Counselor...As If Soul and Spirit Matter and Star Wisdom & Rudolf Steiner.

David's presentation hosted by the Front Range Anthroposophical Café (FRAC) provided an introduction to the 12 human senses, then focused on going deeper into our understanding and experience of sound and hearing.

For those interested in the 12 senses, Wise Cosmos recommends a full length lecture in which David presents an overview of Rudolf Steiner's entirely new views. David then offers an in-depth analysis of the sense of smell – providing a scientific description, including much that was not previously known about how smell works, and then approaching smell as a pathway to spiritual development.
Another recent FRAC presentation:

April 17: Adam Blanning, MD, founded the Denver Center for Anthroposophic Therapies, and responded to questions regarding the coronavirus.

Upcoming FRAC presentations:

May 8: John Bloom, President and General Secretary of the Anthroposophical Society in America, and Vice President of Organizational Culture for RSF Social Finance. John will address the theme of “Threefolding and a Just Society”.  He is a highly regarded writer and artist, was the administrator at San Francisco Waldorf School, and helped start the first biodynamic CSA west of the Mississippi.

May 22: Patsy Scala, author of Rudolf Steiner's Calendar of the Soul with Accompanying Reflections and Seven Steps to Everyday Mysticism. Patsy is a former vice president at Merrill Lynch and is currently the vice president and a director of the Center for Spiritual and Cultural Unity in Syracuse, NY, a not-for-profit organization and resource for those in search of a complete life in body, soul, and spirit.

May 29: Lelan Harris is the executive director and a founder of Wise Cosmos Educational Initiative. Tom Altgelt wrote, "FRAC has invited Lelan to help us find a meaningful way to prepare for the celebration of Whitsun/Pentecost this year. It is the festival of the free individual and of the future in which we might fulfill our destiny as the divine messengers of Freedom and Love. All this points to the mystery of how one day our earth can become a radiant star."

All presentations begin at 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time (Denver, Colorado) online via Zoom, and may be accessed with the following link:
