Video Editor:
We are looking for project-based video editors of multi-camera classroom presentations.
Required Initial Time Commitment:Minimum 15 hours per week for at least two months.
Required Software Proficiencies: Premiere Pro, Vimeo, Dropbox (using your own accounts)
Minimum Technical Competencies:
Multicam editing
Audio mastering
Dialogue cleanup and editing
Creating multiple types of graphics
Titles and rolling credits
Effects and transitions
Keyframes
Color correction
Helpful Additional Software Proficiencies:
After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, Illustrator
Helpful Non-Technical Competency: Familiarity with the five "basic books" of Anthroposophy: Theosophy, How To Know Higher Worlds, An Outline of Esoteric Science, Philosophy of Freedom, Christianity as Mystical Fact; as well as Study of Man (more recently titled Foundations of Human Experience). |

Animator:
We are looking for project-based 2D/3D animators interested in unique projects of deep anthroposophical significance.
Required Initial Time Commitment:Project-based with agreed upon deadlines. Each project bid separately.
Required Software Proficiencies: Animation software (such as Adobe Illustrator and After Effects), Vimeo, Dropbox (using your own accounts)
Project One: Wise Cosmos Logo Various 2D and 3D animations.
Project Two: Rudolf Steiner's Planetary Seals Phase One: First, recreate the seven planetary seals in 2D as independent images. Second, create a sequence in which each seal fades in and then out in succession. Third, create a sequence in which each seal successively superimposes on top of each other. We will provide the initial images, measurements, and calculations.
Phase Two: First, create 2D sequences in which each independent seal morphs into the next seal (seal one into two, seal two into three, etc.). Second, create the entire sequence of each seal successively morphing into the next. Third, create a sequence in which each seal successively morphs into superimposition on top of each other.
Phase Three: First, repeat phases one and two in 3D. Second, create sequences that include rotations.
Project Three: Rudolf Steiner's Planetary Columns Phase One: Replicate the First Goetheanum’s planetary columns in 3D. Phase Two: Create sequences that map the planetary seals to the planetary columns. |
