Onx Indie Rose 2016
Paso Robles, CA

At ONX (pronounced "Onyx"). A developer by trade, ONX founder Steve Olson has created award winning LEED certified residential and commercial communities in urban areas for more than 30 years.
The 2016 Indie rosé is like a tempest in a teacup. It leaps out of its glass to greet its taster with a flurry of peaches, nectarines, blood oranges, and rose hips. The palate is softly sweet, then persists w/a refreshing acidity that subtly hints of tamarind and passion fruit.

Attilio Ghisolfi Langhe Nebbiolo 2011
Piedmont, Italy

Carlo Ghisolfi has been making fine wines since 1985. While not organically certified, the vineyards are eco-friendly & cultivated w/a great respect for the environment. No chemical fertilizers or herbicides used (weeds are killed mechanically). Bright ruby red w/floral nose, intense and ample. The palate is warm, savory and silky with plum, cherry. Moderate tannins, with the floral scents coming through on the palate w/a long finish.

Chateau Gassier Les Pas Du Moine Rose 2016
Cotes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, France

Organic Rose- 34% Syrah, 33% Grenache, 16% Cinsault, 12% Rolle, 5% Ugni Blanc
Wine name: “Le Pas du Moine” is “the path of the monk,” a reference to the footpath leading to an ancient priory on the south-facing slope of Mount Sainte Victoire. Sainte-Victoire has been the inspiration for artists like Paul Cezanne and Picasso. The Gassier family has a long history in Provence, tracing its ancestry to Barcelonnette in the Alpes-de-Hautes-Provence. As early as 1421, the family was recognized as part of the Provencal nobility, and in 1938 the Gassier family was granted the title of baron.
Pale lychee fruit color; intense nose playing with white floral and exotic fruit notes. In the mouth, the first impression is fresh and round, supported by citrus fruit delicacy (guava and grapefruit), with a lingering finish.

May Cheese & Charcuterie Club!

This May we’re bringing you the creme de la creme of cheese clubs. We have a deliciously creamy semi-soft Morbier cheese from France, dry cured beef from Uruguay. Uruguay produces amazing beef & is known to have some of the best steakhouses in the world, which puts it on the bucket list for many carnivores.
Lastly, bring on your sweet tooth! We have salted caramels from La Maison d’Armorine  from France. Made with real butter and Guerande sea salt, these caramels are a rich buttery treat (don’t forget to share with mom!).

Morbier A.O.C
France

Produced in the village of Morez in the Jura mountains of France, Morbier dates from the 19th century, when it was traditionally made by the producers of the French cheese, Comte. This semi-soft cow milk cheese has a distinctive line of vegetable ash that runs through it's center, there is no taste associated with this marking. With its pungent aroma, it is creamy on the palate, with bright nutty notes.

Bresoala by Bernina
Uruguay

Bresaola Bernina is made in Uruguay from free range, grass-fed beef that comes from cattle raised in the open, over large extensions of green natural pastures, free of hormones and growth promotants, using no animal protein in feed, factors which led Uruguay to acquire a BSE Free certificate. Uruguay is considered one of the best places in the world for their flavorful beef. This bresoala is the perfect accompaniment to any charcuterie board.

La Maison d’Armorine Salted Butter Caramels

These all-natural salted butter caramels come individually wrapped in a memorable mini Camembert wooden box. Made with real butter and Guerande sea salt.

Be sure to enjoy with your warm, crisp Barsha Baguette!
