Weixelbaum Stephanus Grüner Veltliner 2016
Kampal, Austria

Heinrich Weixelbaum produces superb results from some of Strass's best grapes. He is the winemaker of Weixelbaum Winery and is constantly looking for consistently excellent wines.
Peppery notions of green pear, along with zesty lemon notes, nice salty minerality, add focus to this fresh, joyful and pliantly soft wine. Very easy to drink with its light body and subtle charm.

Domaine des Accoles 'Rendez-vous Acolytes' 2015
Rhone, France

100% Grenache
Prior to establishing Domaine des Accoles, winemaker Olivier Leriche spent 13 years at Domaine de l’Arlot in Burgundy’s Nuits-St.-Georges, first as the assistant to Jean-Pierre de Smet, and in 2007, taking over as his successor. He was instrumental in converting Domaine de l’Arlot to organic farming at the end of the 1990s and subsequently to biodynamic farming by 2001.
Deep cherry red. Invitingly deep aromas of ripe but fresh cherry, raspberry, currant, mostly cherry, but there's also a light floral note and a little earth. Very nice, inviting aromas. Ripe and dense, chewy on the palate.

Matthiasson White blend 2014
Napa,CA

50% Sauvignon blanc, 25% Ribolla gialla, 20% Semillon, 5% Tocai friulano
Clean fresh citrusy acidity and some tropical character. The Ribolla gialla brings seashell minerality, nuttiness, and structure to the blend. The Semillon contributes viscosity and waxiness that adds gravity and weight. The Tocai friulano adds spicy aromatic notes. The acidity and fruit expression is balanced by a rich lees character and a faint backdrop of creamy oak. There is interplay in the wine between lightness and richness, and focus and complexity.

Opaque
2014 Darkness Red Blend
Paso Robles

60% Zinfandel 12% Syrah 10% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Petite Sirah 5% Grenache 3% Petit Verdot
The word ‘opaque’ means “impenetrable to light” and refers to the dark, inky, impenetrable color of this proprietary blend.
Dark garnet color. Fruity aromas and flavors of berry compote, baking spices, and toffee with a slightly chewy, lively, fruity medium-full body and a very long blueberry pie, caramelized peaches and citrus, and spiced apples and dried berries finish with silky tannins. A wonderfully robust and fruity red blend that is great for a festive summer bbq!

Steak and Lobster with Spicy Roasted Garlic Chimichurri Butter
July Cheese & Charcuterie Club!

We picked out a delicious rich Serrano Ham & Cashel blue Irish cheese that is rich yet delicate in flavor.
Both taste great by themselves & even better on your baguette! We hope you love our red, white & blue theme for the cheese club this month!
Cashel Blue Cheese
Ireland

Cashel Blue is a unique creation of Jane and Louis Grubb established in 1984.
Characterful but not strong. Pleasant, firm and creamy-edged with an established blue character – offset by a mouth-watering tanginess. With time Cashel Blue becomes creamier and indeed more balanced in flavour as the saltiness, blueness and gentle milky elements integrate together. Bring your burgers to another level by adding Cashel blue!

Serrano Ham
Jamon Serrano Brand, CA

Full of flavor with a slightly sweet profile from being cured with brown sugar. This Serrano has been aged for 11 months. Delicious by itself or on your baguette with sliced fruit and crumbles of Cashel blue!

Be sure to enjoy with your warm, crisp Barsha Baguette!
