Classico Club

Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia Cava Cuvee NV

55% Xarel-lo, 35% Macabeo, 10% Parellada

Penedés, Spain

This celebrates the 40th anniversary of the release of the Juvé family’s private cava, their flagship wine. This Cava has aromas of ripe white peaches, toasted baguette, with hints of lemon citrus, and apricots. The palate is rich and broad with flavors of green apple, jasmine green tea, and toasted almonds.

Extremely versatile for pairing due to the no dosage added and cleansing bubbles.

Subrosa 2016

50% Mourvedre, 50% Syrah

El Dorado County, California

The Suma Kaw Vineyard is one of the highest vineyards (3000 feet) in the Sierra Nevada. The high elevation of the vineyard is responsible for producing grapes with intense aromatics and complex flavors at lower sugar levels. Extremely low yield: only 100 cases produced. Red-violet hue color with aromatics of lavender, dried roses, cherry tobacco, and saddle leather. Black cherry, blackberry, cardamom, white pepper, and wet slate flavors. Bright acidity, round, and has a good grip.

Will pair well with rich foods.

Vigna Dorata Franciacorta Brut

80% Chardonnay, 20 % Pinot Nero

Lombardi, Italy

Aromas of brioche, spring flower and white stone fruit waft out of the glass. Fresh and refined, the palate delivers lemon zest, yellow pear and a hint of acacia honey alongside bright acidity and a soft mousse. Fresh with excellent minerality and persistence as it closes on a walnut note.

Pairs perfectly with aged cured cheeses and meats yet versatile enough to pair with seafood dishes and white meats.

Food Pairing:Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

Eric Kent 2014 Las Madres Syrah

Syrah

Carneros - Sonoma County, California

Plenty of California fruit while retaining all of the spicy, earthy character and distinctive olive tapenade notes that make this vineyard so special. Sanguine and smoky, this wine has a welcome herbal component that keeps it fresh and complex in the glass. Thick and densely concentrated in blackberry and plum, it persists in an underlying vibrancy that helps balance and complement its more luxurious tease of dark chocolate.

Food Pairing: Pan Seared Fillet Mignon
