WINE MENU
Dry Sparkling Wine
Methode Champenoise Sparkling. Meiomi North Coase, California

This blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir form a bubbly which is both bright and crisp. An aggressive fine foam starts out the flute while flavorful notes of green apple, pear, lemon zest, and a bit of brioche fill the palate.
Glass $6 |  Bottle $15.99  |  6 Bottles $79.95
Dry Rosé Wine
Source of Joy 2020. Gerard Bertrand - Languedoc, France

Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault, and Mourvedre create a springtime delight. Notes of soft raspberry and cherry compliment the boldness of the strawberry and melon flavors. A hint of stone, honey, and even chalk rounds out the notes as the finish provides a slightly acidic longing.
Glass $8.5 |  Bottle $22.99 |  6 Bottles $114.95
Dry Red Wine
Merlot 2019. Ancient Peaks - Paso Robles, California

Merlot has taken a lot of heat lately as being an inferior wine. But this idea is far from the truth. Deep notes of plum, blackberry, and cherry twirl together in inky joy as the soft acidity and semi-bold mouthfeel present a finish of oak, chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, and pepper.
Glass $7 |  Bottle $19.99 |  6 Bottles $99.95
Dry Red Wine
Zinfandel 2018. Dashe - Alameda, California

Since 1996, Dashe Cellars has crafted Zinfandels from some of the finest vineyards in Northern California. Tunes of strawberry, cherry, and blackberry help create the base for the fine wine. The essence of the barrel shines through as hints of chocolate, clove, and caramel provide the finish.
Glass $10 | Bottle $24.99 |  6 Bottles $124.95
Sweet Red Wine
Brachetto d'Acqui. Villa Rosa - Piemonte, Italy

Made from 100% Brachetto, this is a fresh and lively frizzante style wine that shows aromas and tastes of strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, and plum. With its light acidity and honeysuckle nose, this wine is fun and refreshing.
Glass $6 |  Bottle $14.99  |  6 Bottles $74.95
Sweet White Wine
Crema Mandoria. Baglio Baiata Alagna - Terre Sicilante, Italy

At 1/3 Grillo, 1/3 Catarratto Bianco, and 1/3 Inzolia, you are guaranteed 100% deliciousness. A very almond base is surrounded by hints of maraschino cherry and chocolate. While most people think of Marsala wines as being for cooking, they are also wonderful with ice cream or by themselves.
Glass $6 |  Bottle $15.99  |  6 Bottles $79.95
