Spring has Sprung!

Clocks have sprung forward and today is the first official day of spring!  Depending on where you live, the Vernal Equinox is a really big deal!

In Central Indiana we have enjoyed warmer than normal temps the last few weeks and now a lot of rain.  Those two factors will combine to make fast growing grass and beautiful budding trees and flowers.  When it is not raining, it can sure be beautiful here in the Spring!

As a rental owner there are maintenance issues associated with owning a property with green grass.  As your property manager, we need to be sure that green grass is properly maintained so the local enforcement crews don't use your property as a revenue tool.  

The below Guide to Lawn Care will assist rental owners in understanding the basic plan and how we handle lawn maintenance.  The basics of what you need to know:
  • Vacant properties are mowed bi-weekly
  • Our vendor charges $40 per cut
  • Occupied three unit and larger properties are maintained by the owner
  • Owners are free to hire their own lawn care following the above guidelines.  Please email us to let us know that you are handling and we will remove your property from our routes.
