| URGENT Reminder! Fishers and Carmel Rental Owners!
Be sure to Register your rental BEFORE 12/31/2025!!
Just like several other towns and cities across the US, both Fishers and Carmel have passed legislation to combat the growing fear of rental properties and large corporations dominating ownership of homes in their respective jurisdictions. This has led to the passing of law requiring investors to register their properties as rental homes and limiting the number of rentals to 10% of the homes within a neighborhood; with the caveat that any properties registered prior to 12/31/2025 will be grandfathered in as a legacy rental.
