Due to increasing security threats to making your WILMOTH payment with a personal check, money order, or cashier's check, we must remind all residents that unless instructed otherwise, there are only two approved methods for paying your WILMOTH balances.
Online through a secure tenant portal website provided by WILMOTH and Rentvine By enrolling in our community payment service PayNearMe (cash pay)
If you are not familiar with the options described above please reply to this message and we will assist in your changing over.
Please DO NOT bring rent to any WILMOTH office UNLESS you have been told it is the ONLY way you can pay your balance. Your rent payment will NOT be accepted, and late charges will be charged per your lease terms.
