The Haunted Rental Story
Every year right before Halloween we like to share this very true story from not so many years ago.  If you have never read it, we hope you enjoy.  If you have been with us in a previous year, let the story be a reminder that owning rentals is not for the faint of heart!

It's that time of year again when the warm days and sunlight fade and the late fall brings cold, dreary skies, and fears of goblins.  

Imagine having your tenant tell you they want out of their lease because your house is haunted.

James Whitcomb Riley is a beloved 18th century Indiana writer.  He is known historically as the "Hoosier Poet". Some of his favorite poems are stories about fall in Indiana.

An' little Orphant Annie says, when the blaze is blue,

An' the lamp-wick sputters, an' the wind goes woo-oo!
