| Reminder! Get to Know the Property Meld Owner Hub!
In February 2021 we announced that owners now have access to the maintenance system known as Property Meld. In the last few weeks, questions from owners regarding holdbacks from their distributions has brought to light that many owners had missed, or failed to act on, the original invite.
Wednesday of this week we re-invited all owners who were not on the Hub. If you are not on the Hub you should have received that email. Please check your spam also.
Once you set up your account, please consider bookmarking this link for easy reference regarding how you can refer to information for activity on your rentals.
