Some days I am not sure we are getting the word out well enough that we want to be your investment partner. I know some of you have Realtors you like to use to find properties. Occasionally, you decide to sell and contact me to ask for a good reference for an agent to help list the property. We spend some time explaining that we have more than a property management business. Our business is serving you and your needs! I call you the "non-occupant owner" and we serve your need for assistance whether it is locating, leasing, managing, or selling properties.
We will soon be launching a special area of our website that we are calling "The Mart". This will be a password protected area where our owners can market effectively to other investors their property for sale. Depending on the circumstances, these may or may not be properties that may also belong on the Realtor listing services.
Our "Mart" will offer much more than a normal Realtor and the listing services. We are putting together a financial analysis package for these properties to share with interested purchasers. This analysis is particularly beneficial if a home is leased as we can use actual (not guess) cash income analysis.
We are looking for owners who may have decided to sell a property, or several properties. We will put a package together and give you access to the site. We will welcome your review and questions (sort of a beta-tester role).
If you think you are ready to sell, let me know if you think some quiet marketing like this might be a good place to start. Our "Mart" will be a place where investors join, and participate to invest or sell their properties. Think of it as a private investors club.
