You belong among the wildflowers - Tom Petty
One Step at a Time During challenging times, the most powerful thing we can do is slow down. Many of our guests come to Wilbur Hot Springs to do just that-to quiet the "noise" so they can find clarity for the path ahead. This Health Sanctuary is uniquely suited for this work, rooted in the essentials: simplicity, nature, and the healing embrace of the medicinal springs.
If life feels overwhelming, consider the journey of the water as it travels from our springs to the stream. It never skips a single rock or bypasses a bend on its long journey to the sea. If the water were to contemplate the entire route from Wilbur to the ocean, the task would be impossibly complex.
Instead, the water simply flows. It meets each cascade, every rock, and every fallen branch one by one, always seeking the path of least resistance. Eventually, it arrives at the sea, only to begin the cycle again. It is a profound metaphor for our own passage through life's winding course.
Spring has arrived at Wilbur, and the weather is spectacular. We invite you to take time for yourself, slow down, and drop in with us.
We are holding a space for you.

| | | Spring brings new life to the nature preserve. Flowers bloom, trees grow new leaves, and animals become more active. We've seen Diogenes Lantern, Cream Cups, Lupines, Adobe Lillies, Wild Iris, Paintbrush, Indian Warrior, lots of Poppies and many more! It's a time for enjoying the outdoors and appreciating the changes around us.
The work/traders and Megan have been busy with fire mitigation, uprooting weeds and sharing many laughs and stories along the way!
