'Feedback Assist' improving customer service
Visitors to the NCAT website can now provide feedback and suggestions using the Feedback Assist tool.
Hearing arrangements during NCAT Wollongong renovations
NCAT's Wollongong hearing room renovation works will start on 28 March 2018. Find out about the alternative hearing venue arrangements.
New strata window safety device requirements
The strata application form has been updated to include orders about the new window safety device requirements for residential strata buildings in NSW.

NCAT has developed a new resource that explains the rights and obligations of parties when the Tribunal makes an order or decision that affects them.
Updated procedural direction on expert evidence
The President has revised NCAT Procedural Direction 3 - Expert Evidence which sets out how expert witnesses are to provide evidence in Tribunal proceedings.
