Dear Friend,

As we approach World Mission Sunday, we join Christians around the world in thanking God for His work across nations — and in lifting up our brothers and sisters who are sharing God's love in word and deed.

At Five Talents, we have the privilege of partnering with local churches across sub-Saharan Africa, where the Church is growing with remarkable faith and resilience. There are more than 730 million Christians across the continent, and Operation World projects that there will be well over 1.4 billion Christians in Africa by the year 2050. In villages and cities alike, congregations are expanding, new leaders are emerging, and communities are being transformed through discipleship and the hope found in Christ.

This weekend, we invite you to pause and pray with us.

Please pray for our church partners in Africa:

• For wisdom and strength for pastors and church leaders as they shepherd growing congregations

• For those living under persecution or violent conflict, that their faith would be nurtured and sustained

• For peace, stability, and reconciliation in communities that have experienced trauma

Each day for the next ten days, we’ll be sharing specific prayer requests on social media for each of the ten countries where Five Talents works. We invite you to follow along and join us in prayer for the Church in these communities.
