Odette, a 37-year-old mother of three in Rwanda, experienced this firsthand. When she joined a Five Talents savings group, her tailoring business was small and her income uncertain. Around the same time, her life was shaken by divorce, leaving her with deep fears about how she would care for her children and provide for their future.
