Claudette Kigeme has joined our Global Program Team as Head of Partner Training and Mentoring, based in East Africa. With 27 years of experience serving communities as Provincial Coordinator of Mothers’ Union Burundi, Claudette brings deep expertise, faithful leadership, and a passion for equipping women and families through literacy and savings groups.

Claudette’s leadership will strengthen our efforts to expand sustainable social and economic empowerment across the region, and we are excited to welcome her to this new role.
