At Five Talents, we bear witness to the incredible impact fathers have when they’re empowered with the tools to provide, protect, and nurture. Through your support, we’ve partnered with dads across the globe to help them create pathways out of extreme poverty, and we’ve seen how a father’s perseverance shapes not just households—but entire communities.

Akello is a young father in Karamoja, Uganda. When we met up with him last month, he was excited to share with Five Talents staff how far he has come in being able to provide for his family and break the cycle of generational poverty for his son since joining a Savings Group at his church.
