SERVICE - Sunday, September 28 (10 AM)

This Sunday, our musicians are Pam and Rick Cushenan (aka Loose Shoes Duo - our afternoon concert!). The message by Rev. Jamie Sanders is "It's Not That I'm Angry ..."


LOOSE SHOES DUO - Sunday, September 28 (2 PM)

Ready for some fun?! Join us this Sunday afternoon at 2 PM for our final concert of the season featuring Loose Shoes Duo. You can get a sneak peek at the morning service, but the party starts at 2 PM on the deck. (If it rains the party moves inside!) Bring your favorite folding chair and beverage - maybe sunglasses or a hat for the dappled shade.


Pam and Rick will be playing some great original songs along with covers we all know and love. In fact, with a selection of over 300 cover songs, you are bound to find one you would like to request. You can check out the cover list HERE. At the concert, just make sure you are connected to our wifi and then use the posted QR code to make your request.

BOARD NOMINATIONS - Due Wednesday 10/1

Nominations for the Wayfarers 2026-27 Board of Directors are due Wednesday, 10/1 BEFORE the 10 AM Board Meeting. So If you are interested in serving on the 2026-27 Board term, PLEASE contact a Board member THIS WEEK!


BOARD MEETING - Wednesday, October 1 (10 AM)

The Wayfarers Board of Directors will meet Wednesday, October 1st in the main chapel at 10 AM to conduct routine business and review nominations for the 2026-27 Board.


All Wayfarers are welcome to attend and observe Board meetings. If you have something you would like the Board to consider, please contact Jen Utley prior to Wednesday's meeting.


CALLING MUSICIANS of ANY LEVEL / STYLE / GENRE

Wednesday, October 1 (5-6:30 PM)

Gather with us at Wayfarers Chapel on Wednesday, October 1 from 5 until 6:30pm to share, learn, and encourage our musical ideas.  If you love singing or playing an instrument, join us and please bring a favorite tune to share with the group.

WEEKLY EVENTS

MEDITATION - Mondays (5-6 PM)

The meditation leader and style changes each week. General format is: arrive quietly, brief introductions, meditation, brief discussion about the meditation, and a 5 minute silent closing meditation.

This group is suitable for all experience levels and everyone is welcome!


WRITERS GROUP - Tuesdays (5-6:30 PM)

The Wayfarers Writers Group is the perfect environment to be inspired and hone your writing skills. All genres, all experience levels welcome.
