WRITERS GROUP

Tuesday, March 19th from 5-6:30 PM

The Wayfarers Writers Group, facilitated by Sam Renken, is open to writers of all ages, genres, and experience levels. Each week, participants share their writings with the group. They also receive a new prompt/topic for writing to be shared the following week. It is a wonderful opportunity to challenge and express your creativity. The group meets from 5-6:30 every Tuesday in RoseMary's Chapel.


SERVICE

Sunday, March 24th at 10 AM

John Turpin brings our music and Dr. Maggie Renken our message "Avoiding the Trap of the Thinking Mind". Everyone is welcome to stay for coffee, tea, treats, and visiting immediately following the service.


DRUM CIRCLE

Sunday, March 24th from 6-8 PM

Ok! The time is here! Grab your sense of adventure and join us at the chapel 6 PM this Sunday for another Full Moon Drum Circle. Yep, just like the name implies, we will gather in a circle so we can see one another as we create, shape, and move energy through percussion (and maybe a bit of vocalization!). It's all good fun that is good for us. Bring your own instrument our use one of ours. Everyone is welcome!

COMMUNITY EVENTS

Macon County's KIDS Place CAC

provides hope and healing for abused children and their families

through coordinated services

in a child-friendly place.


And they are in need of a larger space to do this important work!


You are invited to join in support of this much needed organization by attending

Starry Night - An Evening of Hope and Giving on April 20th from 7-9 PM


Evening includes music by Sweet Charity, munchies, mocktails, friends, auction, and raffle.

LAST WEEK

March 17th ― Here on St. Patrick's day, Ruth Henry shared a little Irish music and Marie Dunkle explained "How a Lowly Swineherd Conquered the Kings of Ireland".

Kate's talk will be online later this week.
