REIKI (Wednesday, Jan. 21 from 4-6 PM)

Reiki sessions offer relaxation and rejuvenation for body, mind, and spirit. These free sessions are available from 4-6 PM and open to all. Donations to support the chapel are accepted.

SOUND BATH

(Thursday, Jan. 22 starting at 6 PM)

Come experience a journey of deep relaxation and Healing as experienced sound practitioners Marie Dunkle and Ruth Henry bathe you in waves of soothing sound using singing bowls, chimes, percussion and voice.

The soundscape helps clear energy fields, balance the nervous system, and support emotional release. The only thing you need to do is arrive in comfortable clothing and allow the sounds to wash over you as you lie peacefully in the serene setting. (You may wish to bring a pillow, blanket, and/or yoga mat. Those uncomfortable lying down are welcome to sit.)

There is no charge for this event, but space is limited. Please RSVP by texting Marie at 770.335.0967 to reserve your spot. Love offerings appreciated.
