WRITERS GROUP

Tuesday, February 20th from 5-6:30 PM

The Wayfarers Writers Group, facilitated by Sam Renken, is open to writers of all ages, genres, and experience levels. Each week, participants share their writings with the group. They also receive a new prompt/topic for writing to be shared the following week. It is a wonderful opportunity to challenge and express your creativity. The group meets from 5-6:30 every Tuesday in the main Chapel.

REIKI

Wednesday, February 21st from 4-6 PM

Come experience the gentle healing art of Reiki this Wednesday, January 17th from 4-6 PM at the chapel. Whether you seek improvement in physical or mental health or simply wish to expand your awareness and enjoyment of life, Reiki is a perfect fit. Experienced practitioners will be on hand to provide 15-20 minute sessions and answer any questions you may have about this amazing healing art. All are welcome. No appointment is required. Sessions are free. Donations to support the chapel are accepted.

SERVICE

Sunday, February 25th at 10 AM

Greg Presmanes starts the morning with music. Then Kim May discusses how the light is growing ever stronger, and invites us to consider how our own light is being nurtured. Everyone is welcome to stay for coffee, tea, treats, and visiting immediately following the service.

DRUM CIRCLE

Sunday, February 25th from 6-8 PM

Ok! The time is here! Grab your sense of adventure and join us at the chapel 6 PM this Sunday for another Full Moon Drum Circle. Yep, just like the name implies, we will gather in a circle so we can see one another as we create, shape, and move energy through percussion (and maybe a bit of vocalization!). It's all good fun that is good for us. Bring your own instrument our use one of ours. Everyone is welcome!

LAST WEEK

Last Sunday we felt the power of a loving-kindness meditation led by host Maggie Renken and we were then transported even deeper by the music of Crowe Capps. Joyce Oliver then shared how important it is to learn to "Trust Our Feelings." The music and talk will both be available online by Wednesday.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

There are two ways of spreading light;

to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.

― Edith Wharton
