We Can’t Change Others – Or Can We?

It is said that we cannot change others, but what if we really could? Now, I’m not talking about trying to make someone change or even asking someone to change. I’m talking about influencing change through a very radical approach. It is our private shift in consciousness that allows another version of reality to be experienced. If you don’t like how someone is showing up in your life, what might happen if you look inside and find the corresponding negative belief in you, release it and replace it with a belief that will allow that person to show up in a more positive manner?

Coconut Oil Pulling Superior to Chemicals for Oral Health

A new study has proven for the first time that the oral use of coconut oil is effective in reducing plaque related to gingivitis, a common form of inflammation in the gum tissue of the mouth that occurs in response to bacterial biofilms (known as plaque) adhering to the surfaces of the teeth and which can lead to more serious oral condition known as periodontal disease. Titled, “Effect of coconut oil in plaque related gingivitis – a preliminary report“, researchers decided to test the hypothesis that the increasingly common practice of “oil pulling or oil swishing therapy” today, is as effective for maintaining oral health as has been believed for centuries.

Heroes for the Planet – Arctic Activists Making Slick Progress

Believe me, you'll want to watch this short video. It brought tears to my eyes and passion to my heart. These are Greenpeace activists trying to save the Arctic and everything we love. Humanity’s DNA Heritage

Mainstream science considers that humans are the most evolved beings on the planet. That may be true in terms of cognitive ability and the power of self reflection. But why then, when most other creatures have relatively few genetic defects, does our genetic coding reveal as many as 5,000 defects? Why are there genes that when active, generate terminal disease? It's going to require a great deal more than science to reveal our past genetic history. Has there been tampering with our genetic code?

Language Leaps and the Information Shuffle

So much can be told by language shifts. This goes two ways, both what’s being used more frequently as well as substantial new additions, and deletions. The controllers keep shifting their language and euphemisms to blanket their intentions, while the awakening community grabs hold of and proliferates empowering and revealing words and concepts that grow in usage at a truly inspiring rate. What really resonates with you? And what confuses or disanimates you? These are ways to read between the lines in the barrage of information coming at us. It’s truly an informational war going on, but thankfully, truth stands its ground no matter what assails it.

Activating Oxytocin – The Master Hormone for Bliss and Bonding

The natural state of the body's glands is interactive harmony, and the individual harmonies of the body come together to help create the song of your life; how you are feeling, how your immune system is working, what your sexual drives are saying in any given moment in time. Top 5 Foods for the Pineal Gland

If you’re seeking enlightenment through meditation, or perhaps you’re just looking to obtain a good night’s rest, you need a healthy pineal gland. Often referred to as the third eye, this small, pinecone-shaped endocrine organ located in the brain secretes and regulates melatonin, the hormone that regulates your circadian rhythms (your sleep-wake cycle) and certain sex hormones. Calcification is an issue that occurs to everyone, but it’s increased in individuals that eat a poor diet. The problem is that overexposure to fluoride and phosphorus destabilizes your body’s mineral balance. This causes your pineal gland to calcify quickly. Nearly half of Americans experience pineal calcification by the age of 18! Try these 5 foods for the best pineal gland health.
