The Antidote For Teen Depression

Even with the highest of intentions, we are still raising our young from old paradigms that don’t work for evolving children. The fact that teenage depression and suicide are on the rise tells us that something is very wrong. I was a suicide outreach counselor in New York for seven years. During this time, I counseled depressed and suicidal adolescents from ages 11 to 19 years old. They told me things that they dare not tell anyone else...

Big Pharma and Organized Crime — They are More Similar Than You May Think

If you believe pharmaceutical corporations hold the health of the general public in high regard, it’s time to reconsider. The industry is filled with examples of wrongful death, extortion, fraud, corruption, obstruction of justice, embezzlement, fake journals, harassment and hit lists that would make even the most hardened Mafia godfather blush.

Ocean “Fertilization” – Governments Geoengineering Our Oceans With Industrial Waste

Though many have now heard of the ongoing atmospheric chemical spraying known as solar radiation management (SRM) and stratospheric aerosol geoengineering (SAG), most are still not familiar with another form of geoengineering, "ocean fertilization". Yes, the same global powers behind the ongoing atmospheric spraying insanity have also been “fertilizing” our oceans.

Breaking Through the Stigma of Depression and Mental Illness

I suffered from severe depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for nearly 3 decades. I attempted suicide and suffered a number of brain seizures as a result. Now in my 30's, I was able to overcome my condition, not because of but despite the "help" I received by the medical and mental healthcare systems. As well-intended as the individuals working in the mental health system might be, at least in my experience, they were not always helpful. In fact, many times they proved to be more harm than good to my fragile state of mind.

It’s Time to Unleash Creativity in Our Schools

Children are naturally creative. It’s one of the things that makes us human. The problem is we’ve been cultured out of our creativity as we’ve grown older. The problem is we have been educated - by a system that rewards conventionality and discourages out-of-the-box thinking.

Let The Emergence of a New Humanity Begin!

Reality is a consciousness hologram with the ability for us to move through time, to experience the full range of emotions we feel as humans. This vast (even infinite) quantum reality is filled with metaphors to help us understand and bridge the gap between physical reality and the nonphysical subtle reality of consciousness.

A Time for Letting Go

I love the expression, “What if they had a war and nobody came?” I feel the same about the matrix and the awakening... What if the matrix had nowhere to manifest? It takes time to realize all the ways we’ve been programmed and the vast quantity of disinformation and wrong mechanisms we’ve been given. The beautiful thing is it’s actually a very simple process to get free.

Visitors From The Unknown

In our life most of us have experienced one or two mysterious encounters, when visitors come to us from the unknown. These special guests are in fact our own children. We love them, and we are happy that they are here, but mostly, they do not receive from us the deep respect and awe that wanderers who come from the depths of the Universe duly deserve. Instead, we try to condition them to become adults we will be able to be proud of. Is this really the way we should receive our guests?

How to Make Kombucha

I am a huge fan of Kombucha. A natural healthy fermented beverage full of amazing amino acids, probiotics and essential minerals, it has been brewed and enjoyed for over 2000 years all over the world, from Russia to China and early Europe. I have been brewing Kombucha at my own home for many years now. During it's brewing, it naturally carbonates and creates a refreshing fizzy drink. I attribute drinking this fermented tea on a daily basis to many health benefits I have experienced. And it's easy to make it at home!

Nurse Reveals the Top Five Regrets People Make on their Deathbed

For many years I worked in palliative care. My patients were those who had gone home to die. Some incredibly special times were shared. I was with them for the last weeks of their lives. People grow a lot when they are faced with their own mortality. When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently, common themes surfaced again and again. Here are the five most common.

The Likely Cause of Addiction Has Been Discovered – It’s Not What You Think

It is now 100 years since drugs were first banned, and all through this long century of waging war on drugs, we have been told a story about addiction which is so deeply ingrained in our minds that we take it for granted. It seems obvious. It seems manifestly true. Until I set off three and a half years ago on a 30,000-mile journey for my new book, to figure out what is really driving the drug war, I believed it too. But what I learned on the road is that almost everything we have been told about addiction is wrong, and there is a very different story waiting for us, if only we are ready to hear it.
