Help students in grades 3-5 explore real-world STEM careers through hands-on engineering.

Join STEM Next and the Museum of Science Boston for a free webinar, Fostering Career Awareness in Upper Elementary. Learn how engineering activities can support career awareness using the YES Engineering Rescue Shuttles unit, and leave with free, practical resources for integrating career exploration into afterschool and summer programs.

YES Elementary: Engineering Trash Collectors engages young learners in designing a solution to remove trash from a model pond while exploring ecosystems, recycling, and environmental stewardship. This free unit includes eight 45-minute lessons with student materials available in English or Spanish.
