We are excited to announce Phillip Norman, Child Care Aware of Virginia, has joined our Leadership Advisory Council (LAC). He will be serving on our Development & Sustainability Committee. As the Western Regional Manager, Phillip coordinates technical assistance and professional development opportunities for providers in his region, as well as parent and provider outreach to expand youth programming opportunities.
