The VPOST team is thrilled to share this year's conference keynote speaker: Sheneika Simmons, Founder and Principal Consultant of Simmons Leadership Services. Ms. Simmons earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology from Ferrum College, a Masters of Science in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and is currently working toward her Ph.D. in Human and Social Services at Walden University. She is a White-Riley-Peterson Afterschool Policy Fellow, and awardee of the National Afterschool Association's (NAA) Next Generation of Afterschool Leaders as well as current Board Member. Ms. Simmons is also a trainer, coach, and committee member for many other national OST/education organizers.

Her keynote will connect beautifully to the conference's theme of The Heartbeat of OST: Relationships that Inspire, Empower, and Transform.
