Be Featured in Our Conference Spotlight Videos!


We want to feature you! We’re looking for OST professionals, youth participants, and advocates to be featured in short spotlight videos during our upcoming 2025 conference.  We want to hear what makes OST unique in your community and about the positive impact of relationships. You don’t have to attend our conference to be featured! 


If you're interested, email christine@v-post.org to get started. You’ll have the option of recording your own video or over a Zoom call.


Video submissions due by August 4.

Nominate a Colleague for an OST Champion Award


In our commitment to the quality of OST programs, and to recognize the dedication and achievements of those in the field, VPOST will award up to three individuals to be recognized at VPOST's 16th Annual Conference.


Nominate a colleague by Friday, August 1st.

Request for Workshop Proposals Now Open


We're seeking high-quality workshop presentations for our annual conference! This year’s theme emphasizes the profound impact of meaningful connections in out-of-school time programs. Does this theme resonate with you? VPOST is looking for individuals with insights, proven strategies, inspiration, and innovations in the field!


Proposals are due by June 16.

Sponsor or Exhibit at our Conference

VPOST is searching for partnering organizations to sponsor or exhibit at our conference. We welcome companies and organizations with products or services that support and provide solutions for educators, children, and families.
