Subject: Just days left to register for VPOST's 16th Annual Conference

Take a sneak peek into our Plenary Power Hour

Conference registration closes on Sunday, August 31st! Don’t let this wonderful day of learning and connection pass you by–register now!

There are plenty of opportunities to learn at this year’s The Heartbeat of OST conference. You won’t want to miss the “Plenary Power Hour”: three consecutive, 15-minute sessions showcasing promising practices and new, field-specific tools to help your professional and personal growth.

First, the K12 Coalition will discuss their successful Summer RISE program, where students have made significant gains in both math and ELA. Learn from Director of Partnerships Dr. Mo Gaffney what makes their program so successful, and take away strategies to help improve your summer program.

Next, VPOST will debut its new self-assessment tool, “The Quality Check,” an accompaniment to the updated Quality Standards. This tool will help you reflect on your program's strengths, set goals, and grow in ways that support your youth, families, and team.

Finally, the National AfterSchool Association’s (NAA) President and CEO Gina Warner will share the new OST Job Quality Standards (JSQ) that will be useful to our field. She’ll also share information about next year’s NAA national conference in Washington, DC.

Ensure you’re one of the first to learn more at these high-quality sessions by registering now!
