Just Days to Join the Village! Register Today!

On November 2nd in Williamsburg, we will join together in community at our 17th annual conference, The Village We Build: Strengthening Youth and Communities. There are only four days left to register (deadline: October 19th) and one more day left to reserve your discounted lodging (deadline: October 16). If you haven't already registered to join us, there is still time!

What's The Day Going to Look Like?

We've got a day packed with learning, connection, and fun! We'll kick the day off by hearing from minister, author, and non-profit founder, Dr. Jennell Riddick. She'll guide us through the Village Vignettes, real stories of impact from an OST village, including perspectives from a former youth, parent, and educator.

After that, attendees will select which workshops they would like to join, which will be a tough decision with all the amazing topics like soulful leadership, launching apprenticeship programs, hosting policymakers, and family engagement. Check out the full list of workshop titles below!

We've also carved out time to connect and celebrate one another. This year, we've added a new guided networking segment to help you connect intentionally with colleagues across the state with similar focus areas. To celebrate the field, we will recognize leaders through our awards ceremony and raffle fun door prizes for all.
