Dear VPHi members,

The mandate of the Board of Trustees is two years and it can be renewed for one additional term, for a total of four years. Further information on the duties of the BoT can be found in our statute, in particular art 5.3, 5.4, 5.6: http://www.vph-institute.org/download/vphinst_statute_v7c.pdf
