Here's a warm welcome to new subscribers to the Healing Your Animal community and a heart-felt connection to existing subscribers.

It is the season for light. We are now gaining 3 minutes more daylight a day now that we've past the winter solstice the longest night of the year. I hope you and your 2- and 4- legged family are enjoying the holiday season.
I am grateful for FaceTime and Amazon as that helped me have Christmas with my mom, sister and daughter as we were not in the same place this year. We had our presents delivered by Amazon and we opened them together Christmas morning. My cats, Spirit and Sapphire, were grateful I didn't travel this holiday. It was nice having more snuggle and play time with them.

| Some things to be mindful of with your pet for the holiday season:
Even if your schedule has changed and you have time-off, your pet likes routine.
To help minimize stress in your pet:
1. Keep to their regular routine with feeding times.
2. When they are around noisy festivities, provide a quiet retreat space where they can feel more secure and comfortable. |

Reflect on 2023, determine what you'd like to create in 2024 and go through a healing process of releasing 2023 and manifesting 2024.

In these two (2) 90-minute classes you will learn:
